Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (CANADA)
We offer Regular, Expedited, Xpresspost, or Priority shipping within Canada and Tracked Packet shipping to the United States. Shipping will be calculated based on your postal code at time of checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer Tracked Packet or Xpresspost shipping on all international orders (including the United States). Shipping will be calculated based on your zip code at time of checkout.DELIVERY TIMELINES
All jewellery by BEADS+BABES is made-by-hand, to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be made before your item is shipped. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which includes your tracking number.
Please note: We rely on Canada Post and their affiliated services within other countries and cannot always guarantee that shipments will be delivered on time. Expect delays in shipping during peak delivery seasons such as Christmas.
- Shipping within Canada: 1-8 business days with tracking, depending on shipping method of choice.
- Shipping to the United States: 7-14 business days with tracking.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
If you live outside Canada, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes & import fees on your order.
LOST PARCELS
Contact your country's postal service immediately and file a lost package claim so that they can look into it. It is the carrier's responsibility first to try and locate the package. Once you have done this, you can also contact me and ask me to submit a lost package claim from my end and I will absolutely do that. Teamwork makes the dream work! If they still cannot locate the package after 4 weeks, contact me immediately and we can discuss next steps.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
I am not responsible for any packages returned to me as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrectly entered address. If you provide the wrong address at checkout and your parcel gets returned to me, I will contact you to see if you would still like the package. If you would like me to re-send the package (with the correct address), you will have to pay for shipping again. If you do not want to pay for shipping again, I will keep the package and issue you a refund. Please triple check that your mailing address is correct upon checkout to ensure this doesn't happen to you.
