RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I pour so much of my creativity, energy and time into meticulously handcrafting each and every pair of beaded earrings. Beadwork is slow and intentional and due to its incredibly intricate nature and the substantial time investment involved in their creation, I unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. All BEADS+BABES pieces are considered final sale. I ask that you please choose your earrings thoughtfully - make sure to look at all of the photos and measurements before ordering. And ensure you are making the decision to buy from your heart.

RETURNS ON FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the instance that an issue arises within your beadwork within 30 days of normal wear and you ensured you were following the instructions on your "Bead Care" card that arrived in your shipment alongside the earrings, please contact me at beadsnbabes@gmail.com so that I can fix/replace the earrings for you.

If your earrings arrive damaged, please reach out to me with an image of the damaged item and your original order number and I will happily help you with the shipment of a new product.
